Returns/Exchanges
We are sure you that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if exchanges need to be made, we will accept exchanges up to 10 days after receipt of shipment for errors, manufacturing defect, or size. Items cannot be exchanged for another style and/or fabric, except in the case of a fabric being discontinued. Absolutely no exchanges will be made on personalized items unless there is an error on our part. Previously worn or washed items are not exchangeable. If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item to be exchanged and the reason for your exchange and return to the following:

Sweet Tea shall not be held liable for exchanges lost in transit; therefore, please send your package using a tracking system (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
** All exchanges must include $10 for shipping/handling for return shipping. No exchanges will be made without the $10 shipping/handling fee. No refunds will be given.
